Usage of the Private Sales - VVIP Stage Fund Raise
- Marketing and Public Relations (PR) - 30% will be used for marketing expenditures such as but not limited to offline/online events. Mostly on the PR used to drive business from the investors and projects view.
- Systems Development - 30% will be allocated for the developing and continuing maintenance of the STOT ecosystem.
- Operations - 20% will be used to run the daily admin and operational expenses an expenditure.
- Legal - 5% will be allocated as the Legal Consultation Fee to be prepared for the unpredictable/unforeseen legal related matters.
- Research and Development (R&D) - 10% will go into strategic hybrid financial analysis, research on future economical trends, R&D on the Fintech related technologies as well as Blockchain related technologies, and so on.
- Reserve Fund - 5% for a reserve fund to be prepared for the contingency purposes.
